large yellow spots on my plumeria stems

Over the past month we pulled our plumeria out of dry root storage from the winter and replanted as we have done the past several years. These are all large established plants and were quite hardy when we stored them away. They all appear to be doing well and are about to bud out with leaves. One of the plants however has some strange yellow looking blotch spots on the newer parts of the plumeria plant. The older tougher trunk part of this one plant does not seem to have them, but only the newer. We have about 6 different large plants, but this is the only one affected in this manner. This is not something that is attached to the plant stem, but appears to be more like raised circular yellow places. I have included some photos and would appreciate any input you may have.
