Bag-Rooted Plumeria Cuttings Question

Hi All,

Quick question...I've rooted about two dozen Plumeria cuttings this spring. I did about half of them in clear bags.....very cool to be able to see the roots. So, obviously I can see the roots and they have big tall claws on them just about ready to leaf out, and a bunch even have huge healthy inflos. My question is when should I take them out of the bag and pit them up? I think I can cut the bags away with very little disruption to the roots but they're coming along so nicely that I'd hate to F them up....if you know what I mean. Lol

Thanks in advance,
