help! transplanted and looks like its dying

can anyone help me. I transplanted my 2 plumeria a few days ago and now they look like they are dying. The wind we had blew the planters over, one of the branches looks limp. I used moisture potting soil, which I just read I wasn't so good to use. Is it just going through shock or should I go and get cactus potting soil and repot again. They were doing so well but they have been in the same pot for three years this summer and have never had a flower. I read that they could be root bound, so I decided to transplant. any help???
