If you're looking for cuttings, Upland Nursery is a good place though prices may be a little high. I've heard people getting good deals from craigslist as well. The South Coast Plumeria Society in your area also has cuttings sale. Check with their site for any upcoming sales.

PS: Island Plumeria is another good place to visit for rooted plants.

I've bought some rooted cuttings and seeds from "bloomingplumerias" on eBay and they were exactly as described and shipped very quickly from HI. Seeds have been averaging 80% germination rate but I'm a newbie and a couple days were too cold and I don't have any heating elements, so id say that's pretty good!
I just bought some cuttings from Derrick at Piece of Paradise, they haven't shipped yet but you can't beat the prices.
I've got enough plants right now to tide me over until I can see some blooming this summer in person ...

I ordered from Upland Nursery for the first time Sunday, as I'd heard they had a "University of Hawaii Orange" in stock. Didn't order it, (over my budget limit), but I did get two cuttings on sale, for very reasonable prices. Today, (two days later, my plants are here. To me,this was a perfect transaction, I could not be more pleased :)

You will love U of H Orange though when you get it....mine is from Derrick at a Piece of Paradise and 5 tips, 3 have inflos and I received it in April. It is rooting in perlite/cactus with a raw egg under and going nuts. Check his price on it, so reasonable....mahalo, roxanne

Agreed, Roxanne, but Derrick is out of them til July...but I've an order from there on it's way :)
