Hi there! Well, I've had some similar situations, usually for me it ends up indicating the seed just wasn't very strong and viable. At a certain point keeping an inferior seedling isn't something you'll want to do anyways. I would keep it until it either catches up or it just doesn't keep up and you let it go. If all of your other seedlings are healthy, it's probably not something you did. Isn't growing seedlings fun? Sounds like you're doing a great job, keep it up!
