Growing plumeria in office

Quaching

Has anyone tried growing a plumeria seedling indoor without direct sunlight? I have about 10 little seedlings that are all about 2 inches tall and I want to bring one of them in my office at work. I have a fluorescent light in my office already that is built into my desk that would sit about 2 feet above the plant so I just wanted to check to see if anyone has had any success growing seedlings indoors within an office type setting? The temperature in my office stays pretty constant around 71 degrees. I really don't want to kill one of my seedlings but at the same time I really want to be able to watch it grow while I'm at work. I have pretty good experience with Plumeria cuttings but this is my first attempt at growing seedlings so any info would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
