Why don't you try eBay, type in rooted plumeria and you would find the most beautiful plumerias from Hawaii some are one tip,three tips and sometime four tips. Warning you will get addicted after you purchase the first one. Seek at your own risk. Vilma

I don't have any experience with grafted plants so I would reserve comment with the exception of Florida Colors who I have been told 2nd and 3rd hand is very good in grafting and will make it right if its goofed.

There's nothing wrong with grafts, infact some plants have to be grafted. I don't have any grafted plumeria, but all of my grapes and fruit trees are grafted.

Grafted plants have a jumpstart with growth and a stronger root system. There are a number of plumeria that are fussy rooters and have to be grafted if you don't want to spend all your money on multiple cuttings that end up dying. The only real downside to a graft is that the area where the actual graft is might not be astheticaly pleasing.
