My neighbor (a young professional) just moved in next store and he has about 50 different varieties plumeria. I am not a plumeria noob or anything. But I have never seen half of the ones he has got. He did tell me that he got a lot of them from Brads buds and blooms and from various different countries. He is not home often but when he is seems like he is constantly fertilizing them.

My question is can anyone just bring back plumeria from different countries?

I am curious because I know he is in Thailand now and he said he would be bring back more should I ask him to bring me some also?

The prettiest one he has in my opinion is dwarf orange sherbet.
