Well thank you to all those who have advice, especially the Saran Wrap tip.
Got back and lol and behold....
Number One has shed it's pod and Number Two has broken the surface.
Feeling determined now so the heat mat is back on and I want more!!!! (Insert evil laugh a la Bond Villain)...

HAHA!! Love it, great job!! Although I fear you are already bitten by the plumeria bug, be warned: seedlings are extremely addictive and much like potato chips. Blink and you will have 100!!!

I have some that are only 2 years old and already have been potted up to 5 and 7 gallon pots! So they don't stay small for long. But darn it, they are so much fun.
