Hi there! Beautiful flower!!! I believe that is a sign of thrips. (I'll double check my book tonight to make sure) They can also cause irregularities in leaves sometimes. Nothing to panic about but you may want to use an insecticidal soap or if they are very persistent maybe an organic pesticide like spinosad or something every week or two.

Thrips aren't dire... at least they pollinate, maybe that's why she throws seed pods yearly. I noticed another mutant flower on a different inflow this morning.
