Is this from a plumeria borer?

Hello, does anyone know what is causing this hole from the old leaf scar?

No it's not. Put your mind at ease, sometimes you will not initially see any sign of borers even if you have them if they are in their larva stage.

Here is a closer view. I have other plants with the same problem. What can I use to fill the hole? I read somewhere that liquid electrical tape can be used? My husband has never heard of LET before and thinks I'm loco.

Either DAP or LET will work. Your choice.

I would use DAP Cedar Tan. Works great. LET is really not a filler type product.
