Dwarf Singapores ?

Hi guys,
just a heads-up for those of you in CA. Went to the Home Depot in Oceanside yesterday and they had a brand new shipment of very small plumeria. Looked to me like Dwarf Singapores, but no decent name tags. They are in 1g pots, just under $14 with up to 5 tips. Let me know what you think. Have a great weekend,

Iso- went to Home Depot to get terra cotta pots for my couple adeniums and saw a new shipment as well- small and short with many tips :)
