Hi friends,

I needed to take some time to cool off before I posted.

I received two cuttings yesterday and both are decimated. I'm very upset but I'm still hoping they can be saved some how.

Both are about 12 inches long with nickel size diameter so not big by any means. Black mold at the ends. Wrinkled and extremely squish stems with what look like rot near the tips. One cutting even has two horizontal slashes on the stem! I have zero confidence that these will survive long enough to callus let alone root.

I have contacted the seller and waiting to hear back from them. My first time buying from them and most likely will be my last. I am in disbelief that they would think these are ok to sell? I don't understand.

Anyway, I re-cut the black mold off, and dipped in root tone. Now what??
