Rust spots on leaves?

Bought two Plumeria at a botanical show (one Candystripe, the other I forgot but it looked sort of lavender with yellow in the photo). I planted them about a week ago and rust spots have developed on the leaves. I have the stuff to use on it, but I'm a little hesitant because I feel like it's too early to be putting chemicals on them. Go ahead and do it?

I would remove the infected leaves and treat before it spreads. Good luck

OMG... I just looked it up and the other plumeria looks like it might be JJ Purple Haze. Closest match I found. :D I hope they survive!
