advice on rooting Singapour dwarf

eyal

I recently purchased some cuttings of Singapore dwarf and used a technique for rooting them in containers with holes.

They began to grow leaves and showed some real progress. It has been 1 month.

I am going on vacation next week and planned to pot them before I leave so that the person caring for my plants would have an easier time.

I removed the cuttings from the container and there are no roots?

The bottom of the cuttings are soft.

Do I put them back into the containers or go ahead with re potting ???

Any advice from you guys would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
