Can someone ID this variety and give some seedling advice?

Hi,
I'm new to the forum but have been growing Plumeria from cuttings for years. This year I got a seed pod from this one and currently have 56 seedlings growing strong. They are between 2" and 6" already. This is my first attempt growing from seed. I've learned a lot just reading through the posts, but I have no idea what size pot to keep them in. Right now they are all in their own small black plastic (home depot recycled) pots. How long can they stay in the small containers?
