Rust

My two older plants have a bad case of rust. The fungicide I have been using does not seem to do anything for it. I've used it every 10 days per the instructions on the bottle. I'm in Fl so we have a lot of rain and humidity. It rains just about every day. Does anyone have suggestions of a specific type which will work in FL.

having some rust problems myself right now as well. I have tried the bayer 3n1 but hasn't helped much.
