Please help me ID this one Too

Can someone please help me to ID this Plumeria?...It has a very nice strong smell....Also Leaves are shinier and greener compare to other Plumerias I have....Any help greatly appreciate it...Thank you in advance!

This is easy to identify! It's Singapore Obtusa :)

Singapore Obtusa is one of the most beautiful and fragrant of all Plumeria. In the tropics, it is evergreen, very tough, and will flower all year. In California, it is a b****! LOL! It is prone to black tip in less than perfect weather. I have never been able to keep one alive and thriving for more than two seasons.

Thank you so, so much Tony...I have this Plumeria for at least 10 years now I don't know where I bought it but She is a Beauty!!! She is very Happy here in my backyard!!! Now I know her name...Thank you once again, greatly appreciate it...

Yes, very True Tony that she does Blooms all year here in San Diego, California, also it's true that she does have black tips as well,so is it normal with this particular Plumeria? Ty
