I have a plumeria called 'Double Singapore'. The first few years I had it, it never grew vigorously, and after it had more than 2 or 3 leaves, the oldest turned mottled, fell off. Two years ago it grew very healthy and had flowers for the first time. I potted it up to a 7 gallon last year, it reverted to the slow growth, leaves falling off after they were very old... this year it is doing the same.

Anyone have any idea what might be causing this? The leaves don't just turn yellow, it starts in the center of the leaves.... very disappointing.
