What temp to bring my plumies inside, and buds?? :)

Hello, it's me again, except I've had my plumerias for a year and a half so I'm not much of a newbie anymore. ^_^ Anyways, My plumerias have absolutely flourished through our heat wave (100+ degrees with lots of sun, I actually had to put them in partial shade for a portion of the day because some of the leaves seemed like they were burning) but now that temperatures are dropping, I'm wondering when I should start bringing them inside for the night? Right now temps during the day are in the mid 70's to mid 80's and nighttime temps are in the 60's.

Also, 2nd part: I've got blooms!! Well, sort of. I noticed buds on the top of one of my two plants. Should I do anything different to promote healthy flower growth or do I just water and fertilize as normal? Any and all advice is appreciated. :)
