When you remove the plant from the pot, if the entire soil mix is bound by the roots, don't do much. just loosen some of the roots by your fingers and repot. If the plant comes out but much of the soil remains in the old pot. You can dip the root ball in a bucket of water (with b-1 or superthrive) which will remove some more of he soil. Then replant carefully and then pour the water into the pot to settle the soil around the roots. Stake it to keep pressure off the roots until they grow stronger. Bill
