Cuttings may take a year or more to bloom and seedlings 2-5 years or more to bloom.

thanks lonnie... they are cuttings and and 2 are splices i am using dynaite 13-13-13

some cuttings take 2 years to bloom. depends on how mature or new the tip is when it was cut.

houston is correct.
The some will bloom same year, others can take years.
It differs with each cultivar.
