brighty , it's a matter of choice if you leave the inflos. I've done them both ways. If the cutting is struggling it helps to cut it off. Blooms are usually small and don't always have a smell so don't feel bad if you do cut them. I would remove the leaves as it can't support them until it has some roots. I'm sure someone else will jump in here that has more experience.

I was so surprised by the gifted cuttings. They are about 3' tall with multiple tips! Oh happy day!

Large cuttings can handle rooting with inflos as they have more stored up energy so you may be lucky and it will do both. Good luck and I hope they do well. Let us know how they do.
