Cross Pollinate

Quaching

Ok, so I just tried my first attempt and second attempt to cross pollinate my plumeria's. I took a flower off my Mardi Gras plumeria and removed the anthers and inserted the anthers in the yellow bloom once I removed the anthers from the yellow bloom. I did this for the flower you see on the right side of pic. I then took a flower off my Lanis Beauty and removed the anthers and inserted them into another yellow bloom (flower on left side of pic). So now I have two blooms that have been cross pollinated with different anthers. Hopefully this will work and I will get some seed pods. I've never done this before so there's no telling if it will work. I just watched a video online a few weeks ago and learned how to do this. It was actually fairly easy. Once I replaced the anthers I put a piece of tape over the cut out section of the bloom to seal it. I'm crossing my fingers....
