Possible inflo on seedling?

I was out watering my tiny baby plumeria & desert rose seedlings tonight. For some reason I went to peek at my 2 year old Queen of Hearts seedling (mother is an Aussie variety) an I noticed something in the middle, to which in my amazement looks like a beginning of a brand new inflo. If so, I hope its a true one and not a false one. The plant stands at 21 1/2 inches tall.
