Topping a young plant

I have 5 seedlings that are about 1 month old and maybe 4 inches high. I was wondering if I should top them to try and make them more bushy like? Is this advisable? These are the first ones i have ever grown.

RE: Topping a young plant

I don't recommend it. cutting plumerias usually delays flowers by a year and can result in asymmetrical branch growth.
