Can you tell me what is wrong with my plumerias please?

I am going to get some Bayer 3-1 today since it seems to be a good cure for insects and fungi, but I am curious as to what my plants have. If you recognize the problem, please let me know. It seems to affect the tips. The new leaves turn black and drop off.

Hi Joan,

I would check for spider mites. Look closely they are probably all around the curled leaf and then in and around the others.. The other leaves look green and healthy so i wouldn't worry to much.

How is the watering going? Not to wet is it? Let it dry between watering...

The buyer 3 in 1 Insecticide is a great product. Make sure you spray on a cloudy day or keep the tree from direct sun after spraying... All over tree. Under leaves too...

I don't know what spider mites look like, but I couldn't see any bugs and I looked hard. I sprayed and will watch the watering. Thanks for the reply. I appreciate your help.

Go ahead and remove that leaf if you haven't already. I would also agree the best advice is to treat for spider mites on the top and bottom leaves.
