Are the stems fairly thin compared to other plumerias? Rather tall grower? Little fragrance at all? If so, then possibly 'Royal Hawaiian' aka 'Plastic Pink', but so many cultivars look alike.

What is the history of this plant?

I was thinking Kaneohe Sunburst.

yeah, Royal Hawaiian has a bit wider petals (more overlap) than these look to be.

That is Kaneohe Sunburst. Here are mine.

It washes out a little as the blooms get older.

Plastic Pink / Royal Hawaiian usually has a maroon fuzzy inflo stalk too.

I'd say Kaneohe Sunburst as well. ;)
