Rooting through the winter

I have about thirty so or so cuttings that are in the early staging of rooting. Many are showing signs of life and have one and two inch leaves and others are just now starting to get shiny tips.

Some of the cuttings have been trying to root since may and others since July. All my cuttings are in one gallon pots.

I am not 100% sure but I will probably only have September and October left to fully root these girls...unless I do a heating mat and light.

Here's my question. Should I worry about them and mm purchase the above items or just let them do their thing when winter comes.

If the conscious is that the items would be of benefit then my thoughts were to purchase a 20 x 48 heat mat and a tho fixture. However, I am not sure what size fixture to purchase. I not sure of the length, two foot or four, or the number of bulbs 2,4,6,8. All I am wanting from the setup is to continue the rooting process.

Any ideas or comments would be great.
