does the plumeria bloom every year? Last year I had blooms but this year nothing even though I have had a branching, I have plenty of healty leaves. It has slowed down getting leaves now that the nights are cooler.
its been really hot here all summer, Austin, TX.

As long as its healthy it will bloom eventually.Sometimes it doesnt bloom every year especially when its younger (if it ever got to be a mature height then you would probably get many blooms every summer from a single plant). You should get some flowers next year, and the faster you force it out of dormancy, the better. You might be lucky and even get an inflo this spring (before it sets out new leaves!
