| Hi guys,
Once again I need help from long time growers. My oldest (and biggest) plant is a 3 year old Samoan Fluff planted in my front yard flower bed. It is about 3 feet tall by 4 feet wide with 28 tips. The 'problem' is that all these leaves are in each others way. New leaves are having a hard time unfolding properly - not to mention the new flowers - and I am sure the air circulation within the plant is not as good as it could be. What do I do? Should I take cuttings in the spring to open up the plant? Now this is a new 'dilemma' for me... Can't wait to hear what everybody does as their plants mature. Iso |

| I would selectively prune not more than 25-33% of the branches 1st week in March. Also consider that all those tips will spread out more next year as they grow out. So new leaves from multiple tips won't be on top of each other. |
