Congrats. I say leave it alone. It takes a lot to cause a seed pod to fall off. These four on one bent over inflo will stay on all winter and into about June without much fanfare from me. Best of luck with your soon to be seedling farm :)

Yeaaaaa Janice! How exciting to have your first seed pod! It's a shame they take so long to mature. So long to worry about them.

Wow! That is a hugely beautiful set of seed pods!!!
I had no idea that they could be so large, and on such a slim tree.
I do believe that I will let nature take its course, and do nothing as per your advise.

Maturity as I understand, is only half the battle.... We the must wait 3 to 5 years for the seedlings to bloom!ÃÂ
