I also wanted to post a picture of a bug that has been hanging around on my celadine for about 4 days. it's body is only about 4-5mm long. I didn't think there were any other bugs on there for it to eat, and there doesn't appear to be any leaf damage so I'm not sure what it has been eating. does anyone recognize it?

A year? Wow.. That is patience, so Bravo to you for not giving up!!

My Musk Rainbow took about 7-8 months to show signs of rooting.. I thought that was a long time.. Lol

Not sure what that beetle is. Hopefully someone will be able to identify it for you!!

I've been waiting for some cuttings (about 10 of them) to rooted since September. I was thinking that I may have to throw them in the trash as they look the same. I am so happy that I read your messages. I am hoping that I don't have to wait that long.

Thanks guys, my celadine rooted straight away and even tried to flower so it kept me distracted while the pink cutting did nothing. Plumie lover, I hope your cuttings come up soon!
in regards to the beetle, landcare research NZ want me to send it to them for identification so hopefully I will know soon!
