shipping plumeria in Winter

Will the plumeria survive the shipping process in the winter when temp is about 35 degree??? Planning to order couple of cutting from a ebay seller from PA and i live in NY. It will take 2 to 3 days for me to receive it... now the tempt is H 55 and L is 35 degree

Okay, I'm only piping up because no one else has, but I personally wouldn't do it unless the forecasted lows were in the 40's for the next few days to cover the total shipping time. 35 seems a bit too low for an already-shocked plant, and who knows whether it may spend several hours sitting in an even colder micro-climate en route.

Since starting cuttings in winter requires a greenhouse and lights, it is not a good time to purchase. Also if your cutting is exposed to 32 degrees for a few hours it will be toast. Buy in late spring so you have the warm summer to root.
