I was introduced to wheatgrass while attending a health retreat several years ago and thought I might try to grow some in the potager this year.

It's a little difficult for me to swallow (literally) in juice form, but I thought it could be disguised in a breakfast smoothie so I'm willing to try again. Also, I just love the way it looks and have seen trays of wheatgrass used as centerpieces - really pretty.
