I've been lurking for awhile and decided that since I've finally started my Spring planting I'd say hello and share!

I'm pleased to report that I've gotten a good chunk of my planting done. Yesterday DH & I finished building our garden structures and added a couple of new beds.

This year my "thing" seems to be tomatoes. In years past we've only grown Better Boys and Roma grapes. This year we are experienting with a few heirloom varieties. I'm anxious to see what happens!

We've also planted green beans, radishes, white & yellow squashes, strawberries, peppers, lavender, rosemary, cukes, beets, lettuce, oregano, sunflowers, cilantro, okra, green onions, and chives. I have a few more veggies to add and lots more flowers, but I feel like I've made a great start...man have I missed having my hands in the dirt!

Anyhow, I look forward to reading all about everyone's lovely potager's. Keep the inspiration coming!

Hey Marianne,
I'm new to this forum. I usually post on the
LA/MS forum. Sounds like you've been very
busy. It's been a couple of weeks since you
posted. How are things commin along? My veggies
are in full swing. I don't plant a lot of different
veggies but the ones I have are doing great.
Hope all is well. I look forward to chattin.
