Where to put my standard roses?

Hi,

I am an American gardener living in Brazil. I'm converting my boring, formerly-grassed front yard into a potager.

I've attached the garden plan, but please note that each cell is equal to 10cm. The large squares are gray slate pavers, and the small rectangles are a local edging plant similar to boxwood, but yellowish and called pingo de ouro (drops of gold) in Portuguese, the local language. The central area will have a standard tree in a pot, although I haven't yet decided which one I'll use. The long bed on the right will be for perennials. I haven't decided the placement of anything else.

I recently was lucky enough to acquire two standard roses (things like that just aren't available here, normally). My question is... where in the plan would you put them?

Thanks!
