Hi, Here is a picture update on my potager, what do you think? I started a blog to make it easier to follow. Thanks for any inputs.

Simply lovely! I was wondering, since it's near the street, are you going to do any kind of fence? Not that it needs it. It looks wonderful as-is.

Wow! You have really done alot of good work! Congratulations on getting this far. Your layout is lovely and should work very well for you.

Your interplanting seems like a great idea. Do post back and let us know how it works.

Thanks for the encouragement. I'm not putting a fence up by the street, but I planted some blueberry bushes there to create a natural barrier. There are no front yard fences in our neighborhood and I think I'm already pushing the limits of their tolerance with my front yard potager. Right now I just have a tiny removable fence to keep the dogs and the kids from the nearby school out of it, but once the bushes are large enough I will remove it, ... maybe ;)

thank you for the comments, this forum has been quite an inspiration, so full of great ideas.

Maria
