RE: Books for Potagers

I just received Designing the New Kitchen Garden yesterday and haven't had a chance to look at it. Busy with a yard sale tomorrow, so maybe Sunday.

Another book I ordered from Amazon and received a couple weeks ago, Kitchen Gardens ... How to create a beautiful and functional culinary garden is going in the yard sale. If it doesn't sell I'll offer it here free. It's actually not a bad book if you're new to gardening.

Don't forget Louisa Jones' books - in particular, "Kitchen Gardens of France" and "The Art of French Vegetable Gardening."

I just got the book, An American Potager Handbook by Jennifer Bartley. It's wonderful! Great pictures, illustrations, and history of Potagers.
