End of the season

First frost last night. I picked all of the green tomatoes and the three remaining peppers the night before.

Time to put the potager to bed.

Do any of you try to winter over greens and such under cover?

RE: End of the season

I'm in USDA zone 8ish. I'm in NO CA, north of San Francisco.
We get highs in the 90s, and these days lows in the 30s! Most highs are in the 70's these days.
I started pulling my maters today! Maters and those pesky nasturtiums!
I need to clear some space for beets and lettuce!
It's soo hard to clear out the veges and still plant more!
