Can Shasta Daisy "Becky (Leucanthemum "Becky" superbum) be grown from seed or cut cultivated from existing plants by splitting, etc? I was thinking the seeds would form the generic Shasta Daisy??

Possibly, but it may depend on where the bees have been.

This is a nonnative plant that's quite aggressive.
