| I have been looking for seeds or plants of Castilleja coccinea (scarlet Indian Paintbrush) for my hummer garden. It is a native plant here but I can't find anyone that has it except in protected parks along Niagara Falls, I really don't want to go to jail for nabbing this one as it is threatened in our area.

| Its an annual so you need to collect the seeds anyhow. to try and lift this plant would be morally (and legally in the park) wrong. I found a nice on/off ramp that had some growing when i was out east and use that to establish a stand @ a friends house. |

| I had no intentions of digging any of it up and even if I could it is in an area that isn't safe to access as it is close to the rapids. This is the only place where it is growing wild so there is no way to collect the seeds either in this area. I am trying to find someone who has it growing already. Penny |
