Mixing cool and warm season grasses

This is actually for a lawn setting, so it's mowed (although at the highest setting).

I'm in Utah, so nearly all the precipitation occurs as snow and between October and May.

I've been transitioning my lawn to natives, but have been concentrating on cool season natives (mostly western and streambank wheatgrass). I think blue grama would do well, also, although it will green up later and go dormant earlier.

I'm wondering how well these grasses will play together. If I add blue grama to the mix, will I end up with a clumpy looking lawn?
