I havent taken a picture of it yet, I guess I can put that up later, but first I will see if any of you find my description familiar. In my backyard there is a sort of meadow/free-for-all where any plant that ends up there can grow until my mom has time on her hands to weed. I like it because we get some interesting stuff there sometimes. Right now the main attraction is a very tall, purpleish plant with a small purple flower on top. Its taller than me, and Im 5'9", so its probably pretty close to 6 feet tall. The leaves are big and pretty rough, and a darkish green and kinda purple color. The stalk is about an inch in diameter, maybe more towards the bottom. On the top there is a cone-shaped flower that is an intense, magenta-purple, and its about 2 in. high and 1 in. wide. Please let me know any faint inkling you may have about this plant, and Ill put up pictures tomorrow possibly.
