Has anyone heard of bear grass? It is blue and looks good in flower arrangements. And can I grow seeded eucaliptis in my zone....Pittsburgh, PA?

Is this the plant you mean? The reference says it has white flowers, not blue.

There is a plant in north La. that we called bear grass that looked similar to the picture above. But the leaves were broader and greener than the picture.
