When is the best time to harvest seeds off my seeded out grass and then when is the best time to plant them? I have one section that has allot more grass then other areas. Thanks for any info.

In general, you grasp the seed stalk and pull the seeds. When the seeds come off with very little or no resistance, they are mature. I would seed just before the snow flies if possible.
