Is there any methods you can tell me about for skeletonizing leaves?

RE: skeletonizing leaves

What do you mean?

Are you looking for a way to skeletonize leaves?

Are you looking for a way to heal skeletonized leaves?

Are you looking for a way to stop something else from skeletonizing leaves? If so, what leaves are being skeletonized?

i have always wondered this myself. did you try the crafts forum? i have yet to visit that one. i have also wondered about how to go about the metal coating. i believe it is supposed to be the heat of the metal that "etches"/ skeletonizes them.
someting else i saw once that was neat. bleached leaves. in the photo it looked very pretty as a window decoration for winter. you actually bleach the leaves and they turn white. i do not know if they brown afterwards, or how long. i have dried fall color leaves and evergreen ivy leaves in the past with glycerin. they all browned anyway, eventually.
