I think the fleur de lawn contains some species that are considered invasive.

You may want to look into overseeding your entire lawn with dutch white clover. It mixes well with fescue, its drought tolerant, shade tolerant and fixes nitrogen into the soil. Before the invention of broadleaf herbicides most premium lawn mixes contained dutch white clover.

The biggest disadvantages of clover in a lawn is that will attract bees and it will "grass stain" clothing.

Don't confuse dutch white clover with the other clover like weeds... not necessarily the same thing.

I would like to try the same thing. Not sure about commercial mixes though. Some of them have yarrow in them, that I don't thing is such a great thing. I already have clover in the lawn and that is fine with me. Also have mosses which is also fine with me. I am hoping to overseed myself, but not coming up with anything that sounds worthwhile yet. I don't have the time this year to experiment because I have a lot of other work to do, but if I don't find something before next year, I might experiment next year. Would love some suggestions too.
