Big Bluestem ID?

I found a tall grass (this is in MO) with the "turkeys foot" seed head, I think most of them had 3 "feet". There are little redish-brown thingies hanging off the sides of the "grains" that look like seeds maybe? These are hanging off the sides of little green kernels. Is there any other grass species that could be confused with big bluestem seed heads in the midwest?

Big bluestem is pretty unique. You might check prairie cord grass, but if the 3-5 "toes" of each foot all come together in more or less the same spot, then it is big bluestem.

Turned out to be eastern gammagrass. I'll not confuse them anymore as the gamma grass seedhead seems a lot thicker
