Zoning restrictions for small home nursery?

Posted by gardener_tom none (My Page) on

Guys, what is the easiest way to check whether a nursery built in one's backyard is subject to zoning restrictions and what they are?
Is there a way to search by zip code or address to see what one ca and cannot do?

Is there a possibility do abc with revenue under $10,000/annually (or whatever it is)?

(Let's assume that a house is SFH - with no HOA).... But even that would be interesting, how to deal with HOAs...
What if it's a hobby size operation?

Thank you....

the easiest way is to call your local zoning office. Rules change. The only way to get accurate info about what's needed now is to talk to them.
